Terms and Conditions..
Hand-made mirrors and frames :
All of our Repro mirrors and picture frames are `Made to Order` - None are kept `in stock` except for examples in our showroom.. Picture frame turnaround is usually 2 - 3 weeks .. For mirrors turnaround is usually 3 - 4 weeks but can be 4 - 5 weeks if we are especially busy ( or ill ! ) and specialist delivery can also add a week or two at times for very large mirrors
Antiques :
..All items on our `Antiques and Lighting ` page are either `vintage` ( 20th C ) or `antique` i.e. over 100 years old , and as such will have all the inherrant signs of natural aging and `character` but will have been tastefully restored and all lighting will be fully re-wired and ready for use..
Carriage :
Mainland U.K. delivery is included on most of our hand-made reproduction mirrors, except for the very largest ones which specify that you contact us for a delivery quote
Delivery on the antiques and lights is not included so again please contact us for an accurate quote but examples of delivery would be :

Payment :
For antiques and lights payment must be made in full when purchasing
For `Repro-mirrors and picture frames` we require 25% deposit and balance settled prior to despatch or we offer 10% discount if paying in full `pro-forma` i.e. paying when placing the order. Unless instucted differently the balance due will be charged to the card used for the deposit.
Payment can be credit or debit cards , Paypal , Bacs , or cash..Cheques no longer accepted .
Credit :
On rare occasions `credit` can be offered for returns..However this credit can only be used for `new` items i.e. any of our hand-made mirrors or frames .. It cannot be used for any of the antique lights or mirrors etc. Also any credit offered is to be used within 12 months of the date issued.
On placing orders with `Ornate Gilt Mirrors` it is deemed that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
